Update 2: I've finished the main body work now, just have to add the bogies and then add some colour. Any guesses as to which operator it'll be?
aeronautic237 was correct. WMR 196 (I tried drawing the WMR logo on the side of the cab in white, but it didn't work and it now looks like a smudge :/ )
As a side note, I can't draw the bogies of the train. Once I do some more practice, I'll add them in, but I'm not too confident in drawing them currently.
Bogies have always been a rotten PIA for me as well, I usually just shade in like crazy where they go and hope no one cares enough lol.
A GWR 800 you say? It's still a work in progress, but should be completed by tomorrow at the earliest. As a bonus, I'll give you all a teaser as to what I'll be doing next: 1.) This train travels between two countries within the UK
Just created my first drawing. Teaser: it's a popular train that is used by many operators. It's a turbosprinter. It dominates the North and it is on midland mainline. Stay tuned tomorrow to find out the reveal
Bonus as its coming to the end of the week. I have another drawing to show and it is a west midland railway class 323.
Perhaps do a GWR HST next, they're probably a lot more simple than the others due to lack of livery detail

Roadmap - February 1st-28th (Theme - Northern) Welcome to the first Art Roadmap. So to begin, I thought I'd explain how this will work. At the end of every month, I will release an Art Roadmap which will explain what I will be planning, including community suggestions made by other users (more on that later ). Additionally, each month will have a theme. I will happily take suggestions about this from the community if I get any. Finally, I will also do some Mystery Drawings which will only be shared on completion (I will do an average of one every two weeks if I can). Now I've gotten that out of the way, let's get into it shall we. Week 1 (1st-7th Feb) : -Northern Class 323 (Community Suggestion) -Northern Class 319 Week 2 (8th-14th Feb) : -Northern Class 158 -? It does take practice to get the bogies right, I have to zoom into the picture in order to get the bogies right
Due to the project of my art being a success, I have decided to move the next reveal to Tuesday. Can you guess what it is? Hint: We're moving down to something electrostar. This train has had some of the trains moved from Great Northern to Southern except this isn't in southern
As an update for Week 1, I have had to move back my projects until next week due to me preparing for some exams I will be sitting soon. Regarding the Northern Class 323, and 319, these shall be released next week, alongside the proposed projects I have including the mystery project. Also, I have been trialling some designs as to how I can add the bogies, and I may have found a solution. See you all next week
Using the designs of the bogies of the Class 378, I think I may have a solution for multiple units with similar bogie design
Thought I'd post another update. I have made some of the body shells I wish to use, which should be finished by tomorrow. Plus my Mystery Design will also be revealed. Let's just say it is a "purple" train and it was made by Bombardier
