Hi, My game keeps crashing every time I load into any route, whether it is through the editor, quick drive or through a scenario. I have tried the guide on the Dovetail website and carried out every step. I am on a file-verified clean re-install with no workshop items subscribed and also no 3rd party content, unfortunately I am still getting the error. Ran in 32bit, 64bit and DX12 experimental mode, and am not in a beta. I have plenty of storage space (over 500gb) and I will attach my PC specs below. I am at a total loss as to what the problem is, and posting this is my last resort. Please find Logmate and errors attached. I've contacted DTG support but thought I might get an answer here in the meantime. Thanks
Hard to tell what the issue is. How many DLCs are you running? I would personally delete the Railworks folder then do a clean install of TSC. You could switch off all of the DLCs except one to test the system as it comes on line. If this works you could then add other DLCs in. Do you have much 3rd party software or 100% Steam content. Any 3rd Party software make sure you have a backup of the executable or can easily download from the 3rd party vendor. Good luck.
Strange as LogMate shows 3rd party items from RSSLO, TrainTeam Berlin, Fopix trains, Virtual Railroads with a date of 03/02/2025. Your DxDiag shows no Graphics Card either. Has TSC 2024 worked before on this computer?
TSC has ran fine for 2 years, since I bought this computer. This is the first time I've had issues. I have a RTX 3060. I'll do as Kilt suggested and try with only a few DLC and have a look at my assets folder.
The RTX 3060 is a card for a Full Size computer but the Katana GF66 12UE shows as a Laptop when you search for it.
