Hi have been trying to get a couple of scenarios running on TS2024 Classic.Using SSD Mid Hants over the alps. Its when using the scenarios with the Ivat tank locos. Am getting a constant black sky issue with them. If I run the locos in QD the sky is normal, but on using the scenarios its Black. Have tried all the usual uninstall reinstall stuff but its still the same. Anyone else had this probelm and could possibly help me with it ? cheers James
Was unaware of this DLC. It is a steam train DLC from Steamsoundsupreme which is freeware. There are other threads which talk about black sky. I am guessing it is looking for a specific weather pattern (e.g. AP Weather).
Don't reinstall because it does not work straight away. Go in to the Scenario in the Editor and as kilt46 check what the weather pattern is and change it.
This route Mid-Hants Over The Alps for me has been affected by DTGs update that also affected the Stainmore Route from SSS. I use to be able to run it before that as I have a green tick by one of the Ivatt scenarios. When I try and run it now I get an OOM. I don't get a black sky though.
