Steam Possible Issue With Boston-worcester?

Guys,

I'm currently doing a massive purge of most of my user-created mods & I noticed something regarding the F40PH on the Boston route. When I select some of the extra services & I end up with 2 F40's & a CSX engine pulling a bunch of flats. I purged all the mods & got presented with the exact same issue.

Is this normal for that service?

 

What service are you running so others are able to try and reproduce the issue

This is not an issue, it's a proper service. It's just MBTA moving some flatcars.
