We have now had the Mk3 buffet cars featured in both GWE and MML HST sets for some considerable time. However, these vehicles are still lacking a realistic interior. On both versions, the service counter is shut and makes the vehicle feel sparse. I would like to suggest that these, as well as any future similar vehicles, get a art update with the counter open as can be seen in the attached photo of a GWR Mk3 buffet car which should be somewhat similar on the EMT version too. As far as product branding, this should be unnecessary and could use products displayed similarly to the Sandwedge bars at some stations. GWR Mk3 TRFB with service counter open as per my suggestion.
