It is a ghost town for such a buey route irl. If you are on pc you can get the community made timetable which adds a loooooot of gameplay
Yeah, HRR is definitely in need of a new timetable. All the ICE services are missing (and there are a lot!), but also quite a few regional services, like the RE 16/RB 40 or the S1 services Essen - Bochum (there should be 4tph, not 2 like now) and a few others. Not to mention all the AI services mainly in Duisburg and Essen... Essen and Duisburg in reality are constantly full of trains, in HRR they are mostly empty..
Yeah well in the HRR route none of the trains are compatible with livery designer infact some routes and locos from TSW2020 are not compatible with livery designer
Yeah I also have HRR and just for the 101 what layers in much other routes. The community 2003 timetable is good I guess, din't tried it out yet, but I have it. But, HRR is a good route if yu are on low end. And it looks pretty alright you know... QUestion: Is HRR much busier with the 101?
The 101 plus the layers from Main-Spessart Bahn save it somewhat, but that's it. Without those, the route is a ghost town.
How comes you have to set the destination on 425 and 422 i cant find half the destination in the computer its ok route but 101 doesn't really get to stretch his legs its over before its started
I think someone alluded to a new timetable being developed for this route, can't remember where it was, so the route shouldn't be too quiet for long.
In the thread "Pfälzische Ludwigsbahn Timetable Deep Dive" (Live Article Discussion) li150special said this: "On the topic of "new" rolling stock: I think a great advantage would be to bring German locos to a more or less identical standard and then have them appear on various routes via layers and substitutions. For example, there is still no ICE 1, 3 or T on HRR." ... and timetable mastermind Joe simply replied That made a lot of people hopeful. The Timetable Mod is already a good stopgap, though. I'd love to see HRR updated, even though it's short there is just so much potential here. It's my primary wish for a remaster.
It's dull because the scenery is sub-par (especially Essen) and there is basically nothing going on - which is all the more glaring because there are so many tracks in parallel. In real life though it's incredibly busy. As it is, I prefer RRO, too.
I would love this to get the SEHS treatment and be remastered for TSW6 and extend it to Dortmund and Düsseldorf (if I am not mistaken)
At one time it suffered from really bad lighting particularly in older versions of the game. Even at 0900 on a summer morning everything was dark and aggravated by the station lights not being on. While it was chosen to showcase the original 101, it’s such a short run you barely get up to speed before having to slow down again.
When the 101 DLC was released, you could also use it on Köln - Aachen. Right after, Hamburg-Lübeck was released, where you could also use it.
Does anyone know when driving the 425 why doesn't the safety systems show up on the the hud in the bottom right corner thanks
