Steam Locomotives At The Other End Of The Train Do Not Work As They Should

please finally do something about synchronizing the locomotives at both ends of the train, it will be especially useful on the bnsf route because there are very large gradients and when the train stops it can no longer move, in the si trains it works somehow but for the player not so much

 

It sounds like you're locos are not set up correctly.
Follow what I show here. And do the Training scenario for the trains you're using.
