Where can you sit on platforms?

Does anyone have any idea what the prototypical headcode set up would be for the 33 with the two display boxes? Just curious?

Fired up the 33 and yes it and the further route enhancements are very nice. The only thing, I find myself driving from the head out views as the windscreen is rather opaque (presumably meant to be stained or grimed) but the effect washes out the lush scenery a bit, kind of like the effect some loco cabs in Trainz have.

The new suspension effects are fantastic, particularly bouncing along the WSR jointed track.

However, once again demonstrates the 33 needs a decent main line route of its own, part of Bristol to Portsmouth or Waterloo to Exeter so we can take the leash off and give it a decent bit of thrash.

Hey, what kind of tracks are on this route? Can you hear the clatter of wheels the whole time?

Yeah I thought that with the 33s windscreen also! Wasn't sure if it was just me being pedantic.

It does need a better route although there are a few railtours here and there at least which are better than nothing :)

Yeah it's the old style track where you get really nice track joint sounds the whole way along though!

All stops northbound for the Green 47 don’t seem to have conductor mode enabled? Anyone else finding this?

Would be great if we could get the head out feature on the MK1 door windows when playing as a conductor.

MD3 at Dunster - conductor mode - all doors opened, passengers loaded, I walked around getting collectibles, doors closed, I opened my door, blew the whistle, my door closed, but the train hasn’t departed. Checked all 50 tickets, train still hadn’t departed so gave up and went back to main menu. Guessing had I closed my door before blowing the whistle all would’ve been well, but wondered if the game could also be set to allow the train to move if the door was closed after blowing the whistle, as long as the door was subsequently closed.

Same issue with me and MD3 but it was at Washford with the 33. Interestingly enough the headlights on the rear can had been activated.

This route is seriously one of my favorites!! It looks wonderfully bucolic and is so chill. Just sit back and enjoy the view but don't forget you're still driving (cough, class 33 brakes). Haven't tried Conductor mode yet but will. Kudos to Liam & all involved, you've done an amazing job.
My one wish would be a combined steam/diesel timetable. And I also love the feeling it has of a legitimate heritage railway.

It does have a nice atmosphere, just a pity they didn't include some more prototypical passengers rather than just generic commuters - I'd love to see spotters at the platform end and photographers along the route.

Well, for the first time since I actually bought it a few years ago, I've finally finished my first run.

A lovely little route, perfect to waste time and relax on. I was a little put off by the low speed, but persevered and am glad I did.
