With the class 33 being added to the Suspension system but not the Livery Editor. How about a class 33 pack?

    It would/could feature the

TSW 33 from West Somerset Railway
    The 33/0
    33/1
    33/2

With no route as such for them they could be added to other DLCs as layers and services/Railtours, the 33/1 was modified to haul 4/TV stock on push pull services between Bournemouth and Weymouth but also featured on other services to places like Salisbury and Exeter.

The 33/2 was built with a narrower body to allow them to work passenger and freight services through the narrow tunnels between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings.

The 33 could then finally be added to livery editor with the release livery being good old BR Blue. 33012_andy_key-image(1000x666-crop-autorotate).jpeg 33_008_Woking_station.jpg class33-01.jpg 36424523536_b33639e401_b.jpg

That would be amazing. Especially if we got a route like Southampton - Weymouth to go with them.

Ok maybe somewhere like Portsmouth to Salisbury would be more realistic lol

Dependant on the era of the ‘All Aboard’ route, if it does feature Crewe and set in 1982-1986, then 33s wouldn’t be out of place on North Wales Coast and Manchester-Cardiff services.

They also made it as far as York on the Cliffe-Uddingston Cement Trains.

The Class 33 definitely needs some love and certainly an official blue reskin. Maybe sort out that nasty yellow tint to the windscreen looking out of the cab.

There are numerous BR Classic routes where the locos would be at home. Part of… Waterloo to Exeter, Portsmouth to Cardiff, peak services on the Uckfield Line. In the early 80’s, three day cyclic diagrams from Eastleigh saw them working Cardiff to Crewe services as well as down to Milford Haven on West Wales loco hauled services. Oh and not forgetting the Bournemouth to Weymouth push pull operation with the 4TC units.

Sadly I can’t see DTG having much interest in doing any of the above, our hopes rest on maybe JT looking to the south.

Ooh Cardiff-Bristol would be fun as well. Full bore through the Severn Tunnel.
