I own TSW 5 and only TSW 5, I haven't bought any other TSW game except 2020 (but I don't have DLC and its not connected) And I saw a DLC called "US Expansion Pack" Which contains multiple locomotives including the F7 and SD70ACe - However, it said that it was for TSW 4. If I purchase this DLC, will it be on my copy TSW 5?

If you buy DLC from older TSW you should automatically also own the TSW 5 version

With the exception of the OOOOOOLD NEC-NY route from the original TSW, every route in TSW, if purchased for any given version, automatically grants access to that same route in later TSW titles. This of course does not apply to routes which have multiple independent versions, such as LIRR, where you need to separately purchase the updated LIRR Commuter route with the Long Beach branch separately, and can install both for TSW5 side by side, however it doesn't matter if you bought LIRR for TSW2 and LIRR Commuter for TSW4, both will work in TSW5 just fine.

Mind you, you sill need to download and install the (free) TSW5 versions of each route; the old versions won't work with the current game core.

Think maybe post a screen shot of what you want to buy and the version of tsw you own might easier if we could see.

The original post specified, the US Expansion Bundle for TSW4. Containing Cajon Pass, Cane Creek, Sherman Hill, the Santa Fe F7 and the SD70ACe

If you buy it, its contents will be added to your available owned DLC to install to TSW5, yes.

For the record, a popular way a lot of us have historically built up our collections was by purchasing deluxe editions of older versions of TSW like TSW2020 or TSW2 when they have been in sales for 80% or so off, to get as many routes (And their locos which layer into other routes) as possible cheaply. So welcome to the club, you're in good company.

I am not sure this works if you never owned the TS$ core game.

As soon as you get a version of the game that postdates the version you bought the DLC for, you already automatically have the entitlement to download the new version of that DLC even if you didn't own the new version when you bought the DLC, as that's how this system works to let people bring their collections across.

You can also buy DLC for older TSW versions you never owned, and the DLC entitlement carries over into a newer version you do own, even if you cannot play the original version you bought, as you don't own the game you technically purchased it for. (This point may vary by store, I don't know if Playstation or Epic has some kind of lockout on buying DLC for a game you don't own, as I use neither of those stores.)
