that first one is very easy to deal with and easy to make liveries so that should work. they are all good liveries ! but that UK loco fits the concept more ! here is an idea from my own fiction company Railnex although I am still working on it I am not sure what I want to do with the blue lines. like this one a slightly lighter blue or another color or switch the 2 colors blue :d anyway i can make european rolling stock for HOOKHAUL i can try something. the logo of the UK is modern and something i can do a lot with so that will be a big project i think, it will take some time buddy. have a nice evening ! talk to you soon !
Faultless my friend and what I am looking for. You hit the nail on the head on how I’d imagined a simple cost effective livery would be for EU. You should be proud of that one. Trust me it looks clean fresh and simply modern. The logo you and I have are easy to adapt across themes if the need arise to do a special livery. Such as this one here. It couldn’t be to complicated as I only had 300 decals for this one. I like simple but elegant too. Not to flashy like this. Again these a few years old now and due to me taking a year away then I haven’t modified or modernised the design further to perfect a standard livery or brand. Yet I agree that with both designs they can be implemented. So if you may do you give me permission to use RAILNEX EG, on a 66. Part of our other discussion I will mix the two in order to show from my side how your logo can work on UK stock and you do what you have by the sounds intend to do anyway. Hello just me I thought I’d just drop these here as they cheered me up last time and good Job too. As I did the photo work last night say they could be available for me upload them and share some photos with you all when needed. That turns out to be today. So not much information on these two apart from taking the word Pink and trying to build on that. I also wanted these to be aimed more at the female user base that may enjoy the colour Pink just as I do. The name Ab Fab Freight came from my past experience with females which often coincided with a oldish program called Absolutely Fabulous shown on the BBC. So I just ran with that wild side some lady’s have. The Loco names. Again these came from a old program I remember. Pinky and Perky two little pigs. One is used and one is clean. Which one will you choose? Lol. They are now both available on CC under TSLP173 “Pinky”. And TSLP174 “Perky” Any small issue seen in any photos have been addressed. Yes last ones now. This is not my best works as my eyes a little tired lately. Sanding. But I feel they look nice in these settings. Again just how well the game looks in general to take so realistic photos. Well done DTG on that. Oh and one last thing I set the trains up right but why the rear unit had its main head lamps on I don’t know. And I am sure I switched my head lamps on. I like to be a safe driver. my thanks are big! and i am also very proud of this design. it is exactly as you say but how impressive is that cool ! a painting on that train! really nice work!! although that busy livery could be something nice for a special livery! Still love it mate unfortunately by making all the informative stickers i had few layers left to do more with my design. and with this design on the vectron i really used 1000 layers and there really is nothing more space for more . the logo is pretty simple and as you said in private message i would also show you step by step how i made it. but i have to say i have to find a better way because there is a certain decal that is used that is too small and causes the "layer bug" which means you can no longer group the logo … so maybe you can help me with that or i have to look at it myself. i would love to see RAILNEX EG on a class 66! the whole idea is just nice and fun ! gives this game even more fun and for livery's making so many ideas that i run out of time ! anyway we put a lot of time in it but i would love to see how the partnership develops over time ! cool concept the colours of the netherlands are red white blue and i have already tried with red but it looks wrong with how the lines are made now (thin black outer line with thin white line and the inner big line the base colour) if you make flag line then with i make it from above but below maybe. so i could try that in another copy. it is also nice that with trains in 1 fleet you do not necessarily have to stay on 1 livery. many companies also have their trains in different colours or they are often lease locos and again I feel honored by your great compliments! The wing transporter would give and take loads to the Beluga. Sometimes they would get stuck or the laser tracking be knocked off line. Yep, I didn’t work for Airbus but I new all the top engineers as i worked for a firm that did all of Airbus Jig Maintenance and Tooling. So Drill Jigs for skins etc. we had to work closely with Airbus, a Brojet if I remember correctly. I worked on A320/A340/A350 Neo Jigs and A380 Wing Jigs. The a320 wing transporter could take Two A320 wings or one of any other model. Not including A380. That would go by road then by river. Small world a?. TSLP✌.

I would send you the color codes tonight because the RAILNEX letters should be dark gray / black and less slanted it seems. that line above RAILNEX is also different but it is my fault that I have not yet sent you the complete clear example. some things can still be adjusted under supervision but for now I take my hat off to you! I love to look at it! I must also say that the UK trains can look a bit different than the EU ones that I make. that gives variation just like in real life I really try to work on it tonight to show you things and I can also give you my phone number and we can chat about it on whatsapp? is a bit easier and faster and you can send photos if u want that. I think I know what the first version of the 390 is. If it's what I think it is, It'll be great to see how you utilise the actual design of the livery and how you've adjusted/added certain aspects to make it stand out
Yep,,I wish we could change the paint effect to metallic. I wanted a brush aluminium effect or anything shiny. I wish we had that functionality in LE. And I wanted to add yellow like on the original. But due to the set block moulding or cab surrounding, then I can’t continue that yellow or add that part of the original design. Do you like it tho, the other 390 with pink on it was an early test of an Electric Blue type theme on the 390. Yet I’d like to do a little Class 01 Shunter. I think if we don’t have the units them self then do a mural or drawings of that class on something else. 08 is hard. But on a Class 20? Could I do something with these. They was on CC but when I pulled all my work from CC never put them up except one. Large sufficient amounts of space for Art work. These are for Rail200 so I may take them there. We’ll say these not actually these put a theme like on the 43 803 “Pen y Darren” on. Class 20. So we can pay homage to units we don’t have in the game. Hence we don’t have the real unit at the event but is still part of it. Again I want people to look around the work put in by users so have that as an open theme maybe?. All can run with the same theme. Art work and a nod to a class of unit that we haven’t got in game but are key historical elements or part of the procession the railways in to the modern future. I could be working on so much stuff. But it takes a considerable amount of time to do super detailed work, not highly detailed. That should be a set standard anyway. So with doing Super detailed work means it slows one down. Quality of the end product, takes time. So what do you think Jplays about popping more on your doorstep?. Hmmm. I'll make some designs and see what I can come up with . I don't own the class 20 or Tees Valley, but if I can make these designs, I may be able to help give you a vision for what to make. I'll get back to you with them when I can. I love the APT- E livery . I agree on the metallic paint. It would really make liveries look that more realistic. Even with things like nameplates, etc...
Hahaha thanks as I say I did nod off making this one, but I’d rather work on what we was discussing rather than keep talking about it. Again actions speak louder than words. And to be fair I have been extremely eager to work on this with you anyway. As I say just so much on tho, we all do and so as always I appreciate your time as much as you appreciate mine. So it’s not a problem, I have a lot on with Rail200 as a Project so I do take a break away to keep my mind fresh and not find myself losing passion if it gets to repetitive. Variety is the Spice of life as they say. So yes I do like to mix things up. DMUs. Diesel Multiple Unit. Say anything that uses an engine as a form of traction. That’s where we have EMUs. Electrical Multiple Units as another form of traction be using 3rd Rail 750 V DC or Overhead AC power lines running at 25 Kv. Those are the main basic forms of Infrastructure used across the UK. Livery. I’m so glad you like, as I say I was having a play around see due to space and trying to make it more tight for a multi use logo. All Brands needs be used on Letters, Offices, uniforms etc. even pens or gift items. Therefore a brand must look effective or tight. Small simple easy to replicate across many platforms. Cost too always plays a major role in how a design will look. So again it must be simple cost effective and easy to apply on units or again any other company property or products. Meaning the way you have the angles on the main X means to fit tight the font rake is way to much to sit with the X angle. It’s not my logo though so I can’t completely redesign your logo but it is proof and an issue you see yourself. If you choose to take my comments on board then that’s up to you. I will DM you now. But yes I wish DTG did add that. I feel it would give users something without having to take much time thinking of what to add new to the game. We all here about decals but something that has been with games going back 20 years have had the ability to change paint effects. Need for Speed games and GT. I play the Crew Motorfest. So can do work like this. Only ones I have to show reflective paints and standard. Even Matt paints. All my work in photo mode and as you can see having mixed paints give a model or photo more realistic results. So would adding different paint effects to Trains add the same of what we see in car games?. And seeing Photo mode and livery editor is something DTG market within their sales strategy, then again adding to their core game sales and features could be good for them and for us. I have always said TSW on console needs to a little more funky and be trendy for the games market Not the PC market base. Games younger based and older based. PC for the more true enthusiasts wanting all the complexity that say Run 8 introduces. Can DTG do the same for TSW, game. TSC enthusiasts?. TSLP✌.
you can work on it whenever you want. nothing is a must everything is allowed because it is a hobby after all but yes you can always experiment! I like to see the collaboration between Holland and UK, after all we are neighbors haha but I would keep my own design. I will also change it a little bit but this vectron will not be much different. and that does not matter mate. but I find this very time consuming to type long stories every time and you can not send photos in DM that is my whole point, but don't feel bad brother this is also just okay only it takes a lot of time. but here are the shapes I used. the yellow shape is causing the bug because I think I copied the logo multiple times and made it smaller for the front. also the letters RAILNEX don't want to group with the rest anymore and the stripes don't with the rest either. so basically I can't change much more about this logo or I have to redo it completely but I don't feel like doing that XD I really like how it looks now. I could make it simpler to not make the X in 4 parts but in 2. I was wondering what shape you used for the yellow on the corners of the X to give that round shape on that corner. I also have to say that I never use the Text option because you can't group them and so i make the letters/text myself. the slant of the X doesn't have to be the same as the letters of RAILNEX but Europe Group does have to be the same as railnex to be continued...

i saw too late that i spoke dutch and this site won't let me edit it anymore because then it says i cause "spam" XD anyway i can thank you very much for this great tip! from now on i will avoid using the yellow decal as much as possible. your way is indeed much better !!! but because of the Bug i think i will leave this vectron for what it is and i will apply your technique to every livery i will make for Railnex but the bottom stripe will be red white blue just like yours. the colors of the netherlands and the UK if you give me a good example of how to make your HOOKHAUL logo then i will gladly make a few wagons since i was in the hospital today and can't work for a few days (had a minor surgical procedure) so i have some more time to spend on the game. i also like to let go of other hobbies because i really feel like being creative despite my pain
Just a quick one. Now above you can see a mention of grouping issues. For how it happens I am not truly sure. It’s been fine for a while now then suddenly it’s come out of the blue last night, and with a vengeance. I made a new logo and then I had a issue with that, the original had issues for which I found the culprit decal, fixed that and then another decal would act up. You will see how many groups I did as they was all meant to be one. I got nothing done last night due 4 or 5 hours of near constant decal grouping issues, it’s effects me and other users. And last night provided to me that doing complex work we want to group together but we get issues like this. I CAN NOT WORK WITH FAULTY TOOLs DTG. No one can. So DTG if anyone of the DTG staff see this, then please please look in to issue. It’s not good, because I get nothing done, frustrating me and no doubt others too. Plus we end up wasting valuable time. Last night set me back and due to an issue with the Class 66 Express loco pack, (ONE/ DRS) then it too has issues. That being decals over the lights will mean they pop up on the sides as seen in the following photos. Meaning more than one DLC or LOCO DLC has issues that ruin a purchase. I am not happy DTG. I’d send a Ticket but if Staff members can’t directly DM me back, then raising a ticket means wasting more time. It just gets filed (Binned). So here are the issues. Grouping. Two. Decals cast on places they shouldn’t be. This are from the lights. Then this…..continued.
And then this issue that has stopped me from making any CCS AC4400CW. One pick decal, move it down and then look at the mess. It’s 3 year old fault in a New game? So please short this DTG. I don’t want to start public moaning on about all this stuff. But the way I get then I am frustrated so have to vent this. New purchase the Class 66 Loco set and issue on the off. I Bought the CCS DLC and the Class 66 for making liveries. But as you can see that purchase was and still is a complete waste of time. More importantly how can something so blatantly obvious be missed?. So DTG please short this out. People buy these products, so why do they have such obvious issues. It’s so frustrating and so yes please look into these for me and others in the community that may have the same issues or a similar one. Moaning is never good but nor is shoddy workmanship. It’s okay, I found it strange how I could see what they was indicating too. Probably because of the pictures. But yes I kinda understood and I do like your native language. Yes I would, by using a larger decal you stand a better chance of grouping issues and quality issues if you down size. Using the decals and how I made mine will help in keeping the edges clean. Not scruffy. So I am happy to hear it will serve you well in your future work. The flag idea, well I mentioned it in the earlier comments I think. It would work well for the lines, as again I noticed some blurring on the outer edges. So by doing what I have adds a nation theme and gives it a clean look. It’s also used then on a Logo I played around with for you. See if you liked the thought of that approach. Again it’s tights and clean, most of all has functionality to be adopted in other marketing platforms or products. Just an idea from me tho as it’s YOUR Logo and Brand. I can only advise or try help with ideas etc. By the sounds tho you like it. Using the red also adds a little more character or flair. I try make liveries have a conservative look. Tasteful yet simple. So give me five as just with the kids, I will short some HOOKHAUL things for you. If you need something for Quick ref then this is a GRLON R200 themed livery. But it has the HOOKHAUL Group logo on. It’s interchangeable, so a Union Jack could be placed behind or any other nations flag. Yours maybe for HOOKHAULs venture in to the EU rail infrastructure. One sec my photo wasn’t on. This is what’s happening. If I place yellow on the front then the rings around the lights then appear as seen here. Meaning I have had to do this with the front ends. (Cover with same colour on head lamps). Not ideal for anyone really. As if I want the yellow to remain yellow then I will have yellow circles on the side. How professional is that, so sorry for my tone but how can this get missed by DTG teams?. I’d like to know why before I use the word Lazy. And I’m sure if you buy something and this happens, well I doubt anyone would be to pleased. Because again it’s just so obvious for nothing to be done about it. Be now or even as far back as TSW3 even 2. Please DTG, can you fix this for us livery creators and consumers of a product released by DTG.
