Ran all the way through this scenario, completed the last task parking the train on rose track as instructed. You get 'Wait for a moment' indefinitely (I waited 15 minutes before giving up) and the scenario never completes. Normally you would complete this scenario by walking over to the box but that never comes.
Did you check your message log? I just finished it on my Xbox Series X, and I see the message where it says wait moment, but if you look in the message log, because the message pops up really fast, if you missed this, it will be in your message log. Just do as the message says, just walk over to it, the service will end, and you'll see the breakdown, medal you were awarded, and AP points.
Yes, I am aware of this part of the scenario but unfortunately it doesn't work and when I go over to the box nothing happens. I never received this message in my message log during the play session in question. I will play it again soon and see if I am able to reproduce the problem. I tried taking a video but couldnt remember the key combos or anything to make it happen in the moment. Thank you for your response!
Also, remember that the save game progress is Bugged, if you use, save game and resume it can cause issues.
