PS5 [resolved] Missing Wcml Ps5 Since 28th April Update

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone else is missing the WCML (London - MK) route since updating?

    I've deleted and reinstalled the route which had no impact. I have since removed all my content, reinstalling just the WCML route, which results in the train on the loading screen not moving.

    Hi, my WCML South (Euston - Milton Keynes) is also missing after today’s update. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. My 390 Pendolino also doesn’t appear when I go and pick a train in the train depot instead of choosing the route first.

    Have the same problem, PS5 too DTG Harry DTG Alex Sorry for the ping, but this have to be solved asap, i have over 500 hours played only on this route

    My 390 Pendolino does work in free roam, so it’s just WCML South that doesn’t appear in game. I’m also on ps5.

    I can also confirm WCML South missing on PS5 - not sure if anything else is missing as I’ve not gone through the list to check and don’t have the time to do so right now.

    Sorry to hear about this. Could you make sure you have been through all the usual troubleshooting steps, please? - Troubleshooting not working in this case. Please wait for further updates.

    Unfortunately the route is still missing even after all the steps above. 1) license restored multiple times but the route Is still missing. 2) Console sharing enabled. 3) clear the cache and rebuild database twice but still no luck, the route Is not appearing

    Gianluca Sadly, I've just tried all this myself with no luck either. Do you have any other routes installed? Are they available in-game?

    Yes, i have about 80/90 routes installed, all avaiable in game except West Coast Mainline

    Just realised WCMLS is gone for me too, but all the other routes including the 390 are still there

    I can also confirm wcml and pendolino missing after update on PS5. Suffragette line also reporting error when loading service in timetable mode

    Thank you for getting in touch Chris, I can confirm that I'm still missing the route after working through these steps. All other routes were showing fine.

    What happens when a route is download again from game store? You maintain all progress?

    Yes, 99.9% sure you won't lose any progress as you haven't deleted the save file :)

    Rest assured, your saved data is not tied to add-ons. This is held in a dedicated file for the whole game on your console.

    A dedicated team has been assembled, and they are running some tests as we speak. As soon as we know more, we will update.

    We don't want to cause any further frustration, so the best thing you can do is wait for updates from us, as troubleshooting has proved fruitless in this case. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience!

    Hi folks, as a follow-up to the above, our teams have identified an erroneous build on PS5 platforms that was impacting the WCML South, the 350 and 390 add-ons from being visible on the main menu, as well as missing track textures for Cajon Pass, MBTA and San Bernardino.

    Our teams are finalising an updated build that should address these issues, and I'll share on this thread once this has been set live. Thank you for your patience, everyone!
