Can anyone here offer a guide to how to create old-school .pak file (permanent replacement) skins? There are a couple I would like to do- especially a basic traffic-red DB 363 to replace the all-wrong* ocean blue version. *That livery is taken from a single heritage-railway example, and wouldn't be seen on any working 363. Those DB still owns are all red
