Thought There Was A New Route Being Touted On Facebook

Can’t find how to post a direct link, but my FB feed from TSW just posted up a “Guess The Route” article. Looks to be a route that has both OHLE and third rail. People are speculating SEHS but I consider that unlikely given DTG previously stated they regard SEHS as done and were not planning any more Southern third rail routes either.

So where else on the network, assuming it’s the UK of course, does OHLE and third rail conjoin? The only location that comes to mind is if it was Merseyrail, out to a modern day Garston.

No idea about the route though, does SEHS have third rail?

Ah thanks Jan. I was getting all festive at the thought of Merseyrail coming.Thought it was unusual for a new route to be announced first on Facebook. Got to be SEHS, then.

 

Believe that bit with the lampposts is alongside Gillingham depot shed?

Whoever does their Facebook feed needs to maybe think slightly more carefully how they word things…

 

Or maybe people need to take a step back and not constantly read between the lines looking for something that isn't there.

 

Normally I wouldn’t but as we are literally being starved at present as regards any new UK content route wise (other than the illusive ATS electric bus stop) guess I seized on the possibility they were using the FB page to tease a new DLC.

 

They'd be a lot more subtle I think.

 

Especially when the roadmap is literally about to come out… bad timing I would say.
