I have an idea for you making the Mk3 rakes. You could use the Mk3s from Preston-Carlisle, and then I can make a formation where I sandwich the Mk3s in between 43 803 and 43 825 for you. Sound like a plan?

I’ve spoken to Jplayz recently as you can see from the above. All I have instructed him to do is play around with ideas. I think he understands the direction. So just dropping the colours codes off for him.

Let me know what you may need from me, just tell me directly as I work on simple orders. Oh and if Jplayz is happy on this role then you both decide what Tops numbers etc.

I know when HST came out they where in sets. But that stopped due to operational and maintenance issues.
So if we could play with the TOPs numbers or something. You guys know more about that than me.

Currently we would need DMUs. We only have JPlayz's 158 at the minute (which is being adjusted following the feedback we both gave). Do you have a DMU in the works already? It would be great if you have .

Favourite class of train? You have already done a livery on it, and are doing multiple . Can't beat a Pendolino eh?

Anyway, we could discuss the Mk3 stuff privately between the three of us (if required). We need to discuss who is doing what. We need a Roadmap lol .

I have to say the 390. If the 221 was in the game, I'd choose that as I've used that multiple times over the years and despite the XC ones being awful, the ones in use with VTWC were great. Just a shame Avanti used them in short formations causing overcrowding But the 390 is still iconic.

I’ll try short it but don’t know why but I have a bad feeling tonight. Hope missing photos ain’t the start.

I’m clocking off mate been 24Hrs on here and working on 43 825. I should feel happy and proud but how when two DTG staff members can’t answer a question or be polite. So yes tired now and feel completely deflated.

Ace one, 390s are nice as they do seem more solid over the Class 801s.
I do like my US locos tho, I love long distances out in the middle of nowhere. Especially at night, I’m dying to make a start on a new HOOKHAUL livery but been scrubbed from the job book.

And don’t worry it’s long over due, as I say was going to go over things tonight but I couldn’t lose heart or passion for 43 825
I had to overcome the niggles. Get it done and clear my mind.

So yes we will discuss, I believe Friday has been mentioned. Again tho it took so much brain power that my Hard drive has over heated.

I just wish DTG Matt would say something, anything. I feel I need some reassurance from DTG staff that I’m okay doing what I am.
That’s all I asked 6 companies. To take the worry away so I can understand and take action.

In fact the 390s they could be cleared for Friday if I had input from the community. As I say I can and will be finishing off on my own but it’s gonna slow the DMUs, EMUs absolutely everything.

I need them gonna out my mind before I consider the next big task. It’s just how I work and so these 390s I want to see the back of.
When out it will leave me a clear path or direction. Then we can all formulate a Road Map.

Hello all.

If I may I would like to make a small announcement on some coming movements with this thread.
There is a number of factors I and the Team will be discussing very shortly.
More details after this meeting will be relayed to you in due course.

So this is just a small announcement for I feel that I’d rather inform the community that we are still a strong Team with great ideas on the table.
It’s only due to my home life and both my own work plus that of the R200 work, that I haven’t been able to sit down to discuss what’s at the table.

These talks are planned so hopefully we The Team can proceed with unity.

This was meant to be a four set, but sadly due to time constraints and the very nature of what I do I just could do it for the events over the last week.

So I’d like to say sorry for not being able to be around much recently.

I had to do this for our Men. I feel it’s the least I can do for what they gave us.

Hello I’d like to officially announce that 43 945 “Victory in Europe” is now fully completed.

Okay so before I start I’d like to explain why I call this plan C.
Well originally due to the conflict of using Railway 200 and VE Day I was due to do a completely different theme for VE Day and it’s run up to 8th of May.

This would have consisted 4 Themes.
RAF,
Navy,
Army and then lastly Trains.

Obviously this has not come to fruition due to the time it takes to do such complicated work.
So that was plan A out the Window.

Onto Plan B, I so so wanted to do a Shorts Sunderland Flying Boat. Even a Avro Lancaster.
One of my many interests is all things transport.
Yet again sadly due to time constraints this has been thrown out the Window too.

Leaving me with one option.
No time to rebuild a new theme livery. The Terms of Agreement with Logos that I am fully aware of yet take this action not out disregards or respect to those T&C. But to take a risk like all those Brave Men did so we can have freedom today.

Now to Rail and its theme. Not many people are aware of how Trains played such a vital role in WW2 and long after on rebuilding Europe.

So before I go any further I will briefly explain why I have used the Tank Engine seen.
Well it was all down to the government and War Ministry. Due to austerity measures put in place because our country and economy was at work, time and cost was a huge importance to the War efforts.

Production of Tanks, Plans, Weapons and Ammunition you name it.

So there was a need for a good class of shunter, easy to build, easy to maintain.
Here they found the LMS Jinty or 3F, but failed to meet those requirements set out under austerity measures.
But Hunslet persuaded the WD that their simplified modern 50550 design.

This when production began at the start of 1943, with many different manufacturers working on the construction of this new class.

WD5186, works number 7136/44 was built by Robert Stephensons & Hawthorns Ltd in April 1944.
Now I am aware of “Royal Pioneer” but that’s all I will say on how and why I have chosen “Royal Pioneer”.

The theme link. Well as you can see they work and again felt it had to be done so took the risk.
It’s to remember what Trains and all those that too risked their lives every single day to keep the War Machines fed.

Without what these Men did and this little Loco that was only meant to last 2 Years remained in Europe even as far as Africa in operating condition, even some still today as I believe some are in Greece.
Then would we have seen Victory in Europe?.

Would we not have the 8th of May without their efforts and self sacrifice.
I don’t think Europe would. Why well a Tank can’t fire with no Ammunition.

That takes logistics to get those resources to the front line.
I think the Nations (Edit) should give more credit to the Ministry of Transportation in pulling all resources together at home to help our Boys over Seas.

I’m just sorry my delivery was not on time.

I see it as why allow time to dictate my life when I can dictate time. In the time it takes to plan the world could have changed a day or week later. Anyway a Waffle coming on

Cutting corners is when I’m getting tired or lazy, I have in the past sometimes.
A rush that’s why to pump out fast generic liveries. Why I don’t do all the standard BR stuff or TOCs.

And also because I still remember the advice you gave me the first time I asked about working together.
I can’t take hints, and you was right, I wasn’t ready. But then you said slow down.

I Heard and so I do. Last night my eyes couldn’t take any more.
Ive added 3 full Facts. I’ve double check for any errors, I will also do a final quality check before releasing.

As mentioned before if I can clear these it would be fantastic, I may even take a risk with the class 66 because that would be four out the way then. Have we considered the frigate side for a possible scenario?, not heard from speedfreak for a while. If he was happy to be involved with working on that with you would it be something you’d consider?.
The GBRf 66 need a refresh tho. I may need to see if these could be built into the route map. I’d need around 3 days say to complete the refurbishment.

The first two I could have out for later or tomorrow.

I feel Jimbo deserves my fullest attention due to the time and effort He placed in His comments.
Then look at the refurbishment of the GBRf 66. (If anyone from GBRf is watching then just give us a wink that my plan of action is all good)

I feel we need to DM soon and check how others are doing, or what arrangements you have for The Other Guys (My Best Film ever)

Yet if that’s all being taken care of then I shall leave it in your capable hands

Those are looking really good. I'll send you some APT facts for 390 005 when I can. I think having some facts about the APT itself on 390 005 (APT E) would be quite fitting don't you think?

I've just had an idea. Why not turn these locomotives from GBRf 66s into ex-GBRf 66s operating for HOOKHAUL? That'll remove any concerns/worries over licensing, as HH is owned by yourself anyway. It would help to bolster your roster up a little bit too, which might impress speedfreak greatly .

We've discussed internally how we're doing things going forwards, but I do agree, it would've been great to at least hear from Liam, even if he was too busy to be involved with the project.

I'll get those added to the Roadmap when I end up creating it. And yes, just making you aware, that the Roadmap will be going on this thread when it is done .

Yes it would have been good to hear from DTG Liam. I think it may have been delayed because as an employee for DTG, he may have had to seek approval from the higher ups. After all the leaks last year, it could be as a precaution as well. But it still would have been good to hear back from him

I am very very happy we overcome and are now moving forward with an extra man that has skill lerking there.

For Liam I am not making a big thing over it. I am more than perfectly aware of the short comings of DTG staff talking to me.
Yet DTG Matt did trust me in His plans for a YT yet I never let that out. Are they saying I’m not a trust worthy man.
I am a nervous man so why risk letting valuable information out. I’d be a nervous wreak for week if I did that.
I’d probably pack in livery making too because of all the stress.
Plus even if I knew what the score I’m not bothered if it was a new DLC or TSW6 title. I have to time to splash information out like that.

I have no concerns what DTG plan, they work hard like us to provide products and also keep other competitors away from trade secrets.
Why ruin that for others as it completely defeats the purpose of including those to bring joy in the world not sadness.

It's not that I'm saying your not trustworthy, but rather that DTG may be more cautious because they don't want the leaks to happen again. We don't know who it was exactly, but I think it's obvious it wasn't an official employee because of the message they sent out after it happened.

I plan on making a set of scenarios using liveries created by jplayz1151 , TrainGeek08 , rigsby#3981 and trainsimplayer. As for liveries, I plan on making some fictional ones (like how LSL painted 57002 and 57311 into a LNWR Blackberry Black Scheme) with some possible r200 branding (once I get the grip of how to make it) Some of my work may include stuff like this:

Mornings. Hey don’t be silly, the past the past. Move on ain’t it, worry isn’t going change a thing. Thoughts like that can drag one down.

Unloaded bad thoughts, negative energy.

For Leaks, why would I damage or hurt someone’s hard work.
Especially when I know the plan of this world yet never tell a soul.

Therefore I have no interest in leaking information as I understand how valuable information can be.
And there is way more valuable information hidden away that I have a key for.
It’s taken all my to find that Key.

To unlock the mind, not to unlock information that has nothing of high importance in what happens in this world.
Why would I concern my self or get excited and possibly get into trouble for sinking a ship with loose lips.

It serves me no purpose in doing that.
Plus silence can say it all. Something must be happening or why avoid me so much.
If people have something to hide they always disappear or lay low.

I have no words or voice to hear them, I use my eyes to see.
The world is full of patterns, right down to a leaf. The more we look closely the more we see the patterns.

And that’s that. So as I say I’ve moved on. Things happen for a reason, sometimes we’re not aware of those reasons because it’s on a need to know basis.

Or the other person is completely delusional those reason are the ones we prey will happen but would never happen in a month of Sundays.

Hey I believe you bought some decent routes after reading the DMs late evening.

And TG08 or another member would be better to ask than me. I wouldn’t know all these things off the top of my head.
It would take me some time to find out what came with certain DLCs etc.

What I am more interested in is that you have bought new stock. That tells me you’re fully committed in order to spend money I know you are tight for.

Shame DTG wont sponsor or back us with some free DLCs lol. How nice would that be to say this at the event.
I’d only need two the new Cardiff one and the newer mid may line or something. The newer London one.
(See I can’t store that type of information)

So Hint Hint, Nudge Nudge Id be more than happy with those two.

I mean look at the effects of not all members owning the Preston Carlisle DLC.
Could make others feel bad if they can’t be involved all because of money.

Why I dislike money so much it stops us enjoying life or improving. Nothing happens all because of money, it holds mankind back.
Hence why I wanted to raise money for charities that need money to carry on the good work they do for others.
It wasn’t for me.

It’s not fair on us as individuals or the world as a whole. So Money, not for me thanks.

Yeah. I've had a little go and Cardiff to get the trainings done. I'm just about to do the Bay services just as they're short. Yeah I want to be committed to the project. I bought a £40 gift card for Xbox I used. I was thinking of getting WCML OS last minute, but seeing as we'd made an agreement, I decided to get Cardiff and then TVL and the Class 20 so we aren't changing our plans. I'll let you know about Cardiff. I'll get WCML OS one day. It's just when I'm not sure of.
