Must be on its way to Brussels ... in Belgium. The NE of Benelux is Netherlands, but Brussels is in Wallonie or Flandres ?
first off flixtrain doesnt actually go international and the vectron has only 2 pantos so its exclusively for german use only
Brussels is a separate region in Belgium, the two other regions being Flanders and Wallonia. These regions are based on territory. Belgium also has communities, based on language. There are three of them, for Dutch, French and German speakers. Each region and each community has its own government, apart from Flanders and the Dutch speaking community, who share a single government. There is also the federal government, meaning that Belgium has six governments in total.
