The ATSF and/or BNSF GE C44-9W is a must-have locomotive for the Cajon Pass route. I've railfanned along the pass and I occasionally see BNSF C44-9Ws along with their newer GEVOs. Some of the Dash-9s are still painted in Santa Fe Warbonnet livery, although they are faded and are in need of new paint (and maybe future rebuilding). BNSF rostered a huge number of C44-9Ws with a whopping 1797 (including 100 from the ATSF)! Some have been wrecked or sold off to other railroads (KCS, NS, CN, and other RRs), and many of the NS units have been rebuilt into AC44C6Ms. A GE C44-9W pack for Cajon Pass should include the following liveries: -ATSF C44-9Ws #600-699 (#666 was renumbered to #599 for obvious reasons) in Superfleet Warbonnet livery -BNSF Patched Warbonnet -BNSF H1 -BNSF H2 -BNSF H3 "Swoosh" -Maybe we could also see the BNSF AC44C4Ms too (these are 21 ex-ATSF C44-9Ws #599-619 rebuilt into AC4400CWs with ES44C4 cabs and trucks) It would also be cool to see CN, CSX (C44-8Ws), UP, C&NW, SP (including patched units for SP and C&NW), and NS C44-9Ws and even NS "Top Hat" C40-9 Narrow Cab units and C40-9Ws.
So used to seeing them in Run 8 on Cajon. Would be nice to see as a DLC. I suppose they could layer on Antelope and San Bernadino too?
