Hello, I have seen many YouTubers pause the game without the menu coming up and was wondering how to do it. When I googled it, I found the key for it was the pause | break key however, when I tried this, it didn’t work. I hope someone knows how to do this and if so, please help me. On a PC keyboard the <Pause/Break> key will halt the simulation, but still allow camera movement. It's never failed for me (UK keyboard layout), but I've heard of problems with some laptops, which have a reduced set of keys.
I found that while driving you need to press the “8” key for the free roam camera, followed by the Pause/Break. TSC will then be paused allowing you to roam around the area, take screenshots etc. Hope this helps
Hi, I just tried this and unfortunately, it wouldn't work. I am playing on a Lenovo Legion 5 by the way.
Does it have a dedicated Pause|Break key? Or do you have to use FN+ another key? Maybe try FN + P, FN + Alt + P or FN + Ctrl + P
I personally have to hit the FN + Pause / Break key simultaneously, might be worth trying that option. Hope you get it sorted.
