Is there any point in putting tickets cause they never answer them. Or they get closed before they even answer them.
I’ve never not had a response. Are you checking your spam? And make sure you’re wording it correctly with the proper information, not just ranting or complaining
unless you seriously think it's a game issue, you could also ask us first. the ticket system is more for bug reports I believe.
Ok im using the BR442 on dresden and it keeps telling me to put sifa on even though lzb/sifa is switched on. Am I missing something
right, that's just the usual helper not being helpful. you better turn it off as it also tells occasional bullshit on a few other things.

Turn on all safety systems the 442 has. LZB excluded as it doesnt have it functional as of now. As Myron said, the helper does only make problems instead of helping you with it so you should turn it off. If you still dont get extra points then there is probably something wrong with the DRA 442. I dont think we have a 442 ingame which has no major bugs or things left out anyways.
Sorry i was ment say pzb/sifa I switch them on at panel behind me two switches is that correct plus pzb over bridge and still no points.
Well, how else would they be aware someone was having issues if they went unreported. Even if they don't get back to you (of which there could be various reasons), they've still got the issue logged for future reference.
