As per title. Once the tutorial train has arrived (this takes far too long!) you're instructed to board the carriage, and sit in any of the available seats. The "Take a seat" prompt is through the bottom of the carriage floor, and no matter which seat you look at, the 'Y' prompt is not displayed, thus preventing you from continuing.
Also having the same issue on steam version of TSW 5. Did find a workaround: Open the tutorial with TSW 3 and it should work completely through.
Not sure if this was fixed in yesterday's patch or not, and just not mentioned in the actual patch notes themselves, but I am now able to complete the tutorial successfully.
