    Dear Dovetail Games Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am a dedicated fan of Train Sim World and a long-time supporter of your work. I’d like to express my appreciation for the immersive experiences your simulators continue to provide, and I commend your ongoing efforts to enhance and expand the content available to players.

I’m reaching out specifically to advocate for a remaster of the Peninsula Corridor route. This route holds a special place in the community for its unique operations, iconic Caltrain service, and rich setting in the heart of the Bay Area. However, compared to newer content, the route now shows its age in terms of visuals, gameplay features, and train systems.

With the improvements seen in recent releases—enhanced lighting, upgraded textures, more realistic physics, and additional timetable layers—a remastered version of the Peninsula Corridor could truly shine. Many fans would love to see updated rolling stock, improved scenery, and perhaps additional service layers that reflect the route’s busy and diverse operations, including freight and the new Stadler EMUs.

Revitalizing this route would not only honor a classic part of the TSW experience but also reinforce your commitment to refining and evolving existing content, which many players greatly value.

Thank you for considering this request. I, along with many other players, would be thrilled to see the Peninsula Corridor return with a fresh coat of paint and the latest advancements in Train Sim World.

A remaster of this would be interesting to see done and how, and if done, how it could be, seeing that the license no longer is in the hands of DTG and that it was removed from the Steam, Xbox, PlayStation & Epic stores. I say this as I compare GWE, which is getting a remaster, and the license being required, but prior to that, nothing new could be made, yet anyone could still purchase it, regardless of License status. This is why I say this "would be interesting to see done and how, and if done, how it could be"

Don't think this will be possible. I can imagine there'd be outrage if they announced it, only for new players to not be able to take advantage of it.

DTG no longer has the licensing for Caltrain, so the new Stadler trains on this route are out (for now). Maybe in the future?
If we get a remastered Peninsula Corridor, it would have to be set in the 1960s-70s with SP power. I would like that. I would like an SP FM H-24-66 Trainmaster (in both Black Widow and Bloody Nose liveries), an EMD SDP45, an Alco RS-32, an Alco S4, an EMD GP40P-2 (including the Bicentennial unit), an EMD GP9 and/or an EMD SD9. Rolling stock would include SP Single and Bi-Level Commuter coaches/cab cars, PFE steel reefers, flatcars (both empty and with various loads), boxcars, hoppers (loaded and unloaded), tank cars, and cabooses. An SP Peninsula Corridor Route should include the line running all the way to Gilroy.
