Not sure if this is the best thread to ask this question, but I’ll ask it anyways. If I have a livery that’s already uploaded to the creators club, and I decide to change it a little, will those changes automatically apply, or do I have to reupload it?

Aside from new photos, I don’t think so

As far as I understand it, if you make changes in the Livery Designer to an uploaded asset, you will have to re-upload it for it to become effective for subscribers. If you do not re-upload it, then it is unique to you.
I had to do this when I realised my BR arrows (which were sourced from an unofficial pack) were not showing up for subscribers who did not have the pack. I had to rebuild all the BR arrows from common user layers and re-upload each asset! That itself is not an issue, it's finding your screenshots from the archives! (Unless you take new ones of course)
