Steam Mod Timetables

hello.does somebody knows, what is the problem with the mod timetables from trainsim community? after the update from 12.05 they dont work anymore you can choose one but then the game goes to endless loading screen. regards

 

First, there is no need to make everything you want to say bold, it's almost like making everything CAPS, as for the mods, you will need to remove them and slowly add them back in and test til you find the mod that is causing an issue. Then you contact the mod author, remember, DTG does not give any support for a modded game.

 

The easiest way is to post on TrainSim-Community in the mod below that the timetable no longer works.
The modders also read the comments on their mods there.

 

Also, which timetable mod are you using?
I searched "timetables" Here is what I found, I ask because I have a couple installed.

Thanks, I did look them over, and I have some of them, I was hoping the OP would narrow it down to the one causing the issue.

 

If I might chime in... this doesn't seem to be an issue with a specific mod timetable, but rather the game update from May 12. seems to have broken several of them.
I encountered the issue one Perks390's RSN 2006 timetable (which is a shame, I enjoyed it a lot), but I already heard about people complaining about other mod timetables as well, like the Niddertalbahn ones, or HRR modern.
Interestingly enough, Vindicity's amazing München-Augsburg timetable works just fine for me

 

BR403 on Kassel Würzburg in the DTG timetable no longer works either

Which Timetable Mod are you having a problem with?

That is part of a Vanilla DTG route? And the Loco BR 403 is not working? I suggest you gather as much info as you can and create a post-it in the TSW Troubleshooting & Issues Discussion thread, or you can file a support ticket.

What confused me was the way he quoted me.

 

After looking at all the timetable mods here, Search results - Train Sim Community, there are 11 German routes that have timetable mods. Which one or how many of the 11 are you using?

 

English PLEASE
1) DTG does not support Mods and will not fix a mod, plain & simple.
2) You need to contact the mod author!
3) You said "the mod timetables" again I ask Which one?

Because if anyone needs to know, it's definitely the modder first.

So it would be good if you could report the timetables that no longer work for you to the modder in the comments.

 

Honestly, I have no idea if this person understands the question I asked and or what I stated. Their last post is completely unintelligible. At this point, I am wondering if they are referring to Vanilla Timetable services, or one of the 11 German timetable mods you linked to, or a combination of several Timetable mods they are using?.

Honestly, I have given up asking the same question multiple times, as they are not saying which mod(s) they are using or trying to use, that is, if it's a mod, they are not explaining. I have 2 German timetable mods installed, and I guess I will have to see what breaks and work it out once I get my game up and running again. It would have been nice to narrow down the mood(s), but so be it.

 

full timetable mods a few are broken (german ones)

Much appreciated, this one I do not have. And I just may remove all the German TT mods I have installed, the ones I do have are not being updated. Then again, they may not need it, but being unsure, I will just play it safe.

i also removed any of the station files if there came any with the mod
some i removed without testing because someone said they no longer worked

there is even something wrong with another mod i have but have not found which one (Main-Spessart Bahn shows up twice with no name under timetable section)
i probably will end up removing almost all my mods
and or use the TSW Mod Manager more so i can move files in and out quickly
a lot of Modder's use bad mod naming anyway (can not see at the filename for which route or trains they are)
too many mods is bad anyway waiting time is around 3 minutes after starting game to the menu :P

 

This is true, Last I checked, I was hitting 400 mods installed it does take time to load in when so many mods are installed, and the mod manager does help, I was using it, but I screwed up and used an older version made for TSW2020 I believe and it just stopped working, where it did not see the mods in the file I used. I separated the TSW5 from the TSW2, 3, 4 mods, and will be using the mod manager if not only to install and uninstall it, does make things much easier.

 

Hy...iam not stupid! i have contacted all modders about this problem. and i have tell you which timetables are involved. SGTDRE i have 400 mods installed but have create 3 different DLC folders to use them e.g. england, usa,germany for example.so i can select and sort out which i want to play.i only must rename them to DLC.

"where" did you tell me which mods you were having a problem with?
"where" did you provide the links to the mods you were having a problem with?

This post in no way mentions any names, nor does it provide links to the mods that are not working.
I asked you at least three(3) times which mods are not working?

And yes, informing the mod author is where you or anyone should post any issue with a given mod.
If you or anyone posts issues in the DTG troubleshooting threads as you did, clearly stating what the issue is and providing the name and link to which mod that is causing an issue.
And at least Thorgred posted a link to one mod and provided names to other mods, "see post #21."

 

All timetable mods are now working again except the ruhrsieg nord one i will close this thread now. regards

 

mm but i see you have updated Ruhr Sieg Nord and i even use it to play the Vectron on it
so what is broken ?
