This is a series of polls gathering public assessment of which were the exemplary routes at each stage of TSW's development. For this purpose I am counting original TSW and TSW 2020 as one generation, since that was really just a rebranding; and Rush Hour as a separate generation since the migration to UE 4.26 was a major core change.

Note also that I have separated the original and upgraded versions of Sand Patch Grade, Southeastern High Speed and Long Island Railroad/Commuter

Bakerloo, SPG and Clinchfield for me.
I have a soft spot for the London tube and the BKL for the most part captures that, particularly if you fire up the 1938 stock.
Clinchfield appeals to my love of Classic era railroading.
SPG remains the best all round TSW freight route and considering it was a fairly early work, very well built.

    SEHS, Clinchfield and SPG.
Selective choices, but easier than 2020.

I haven't really spent much time with Köln-Aachen yet, even with the new timetable, so I can't really judge it. Going for the underdog this time, I chose Hamburg-Lübeck. It's rather straightforward, but I enjoy the scenery and the 218 timetable spruces things up a bit. Also, both Hamburg Hbf and Lübeck Hbf have been modelled very well and accurately :o

SEHS for me as it’s my local route. It also got lots of layers later and this built it up into a splendid route.

SPG and Clinchfield, though I wouldn't fully call SPG an upgrade. Seeing some pics comparing it to its HH counterpart shows how some scenery was sacrificed to get it onto consoles for TSW2's release.

Even though they were superseded by their extended and remastered versions, OG SEHS and Cathcart were my favourites from TSW2.
