Now here is my next locomotive proposal. This time, it's for the British Rail Class 26, which was originally known as the Birmingham Railway Carriage & Wagon Company (BRCW) Type 2. If you wanna know more about this locomotive, I suggest you look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Rail_Class_26. This diesel locomotive was originally a mixed-traffic diesel, primarily located in the Eastern and Scottish Regions of British Railways. I want this locomotive add-on to come with three liveries that I'm about to show you.

To avoid plagiarism, I will link the websites to where I found these photos below.

    Websites:

Now I do hope that Dovetail Games, or whoever creates the locomotive add-ons for Train Simulator sees my proposal, and decides to make this locomotive available for Train Simulator. Please tell me your thoughts/opinions on my proposal, tell me whether or not you think this should be available for Train Simulator and why, and/or tell me if this locomotive is a available from another website, and if so, where. Your voice really matters to me.

The nearest you'l get to the 26 is the class 27 from steam/dtg and then add these reskins.

Despite our help and links we have provided you, we are yet to receive any acknowledgement from you. Is there any reason for this as it seems pointless to offer you any guidance if you do not respond to our assistance?

Well, there are a couple reasons: One, I usually don't trust third party stuff, as it tends not to match with the original locomotive for train simulator. And two, even after reading the readme, I get confused on the installation. And third, some payware equipment on websites requires you to pay in euros. I'm from America, and so I can only pay in US Dollars.

Thanks for your reply, I understand your confusion with installing 3rd party ware as I was when new to train simming. After reading this guide

and with some trial and error I now have a large collection of reskined stock. As an old and computing hopeless case, I've managed to get the hang of it. If I can do it, anyone can. The link above is a reputable supplier of reskins and all 3rd party freeware developers we/I have recommended are safe. You can either ask for more info on 3rd party content installation here or private message me.

I will just add that I am in agreement with all your proposals.

In this case the Class 27 loco which is almost the same is made by DTG and the repaint for it is Free.
    https://store.steampowered.com/app/258661/Train_Simulator_BR_Class_27_Loco_AddOn/

Commercial Add-ons come with full support from the makers of the locomotives because if they did not their product would be given the hard shoulder by the community. They also come with an easy installer which adds and copies the required files making installation very quick.
