If a joke, I would have expected a fun, smiley, laugh emoji or a "just joking comment". I know him of old, and his sarcasm and turn of phrase can be very intimidating and off putting to newcomers to this forum. It has been noted on numerous occasions.
Yes because you are never sarcastic or have a go at people for the sake of it. YOU seem to be the only person having a go at me - something wrong with your attitude
if anybody is interested wrightline sim is having a summer sale https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=122163530000528384&set=a.122110370564528384
Wrightline certainly know how to maximise the sim. If you have the required content, the packs are enjoyable and worth playing. Several smaller twitch communities like Thitstledroyd, Bazzarez etc have covered these packs at one time or another and seemed to enjoy running the content
Thanks for the heads up re Wrightline. I have their announcement packs and just bought 3 of their scenario packs. Very Impressed!
For those that missed out during the recent sale, Steam is having another one with a Steam Automation Fest sale, meaning majority of the TSC range is back on sale and just as good as the summer one!
Not nice for my bank account as Im now going back to get those I held off just a couple of weeks ago lol BTW do I require the LNER BR Class 43 ‘High Speed Train’ Remastered Loco Add-On for when I wish to purchase the AP HST packs, or are they standalone themselves?
Where did you get that idea from? If LNER BR Class 43 ‘High Speed Train’ Remastered was needed, AP would write it on the store page.
Thought many of the AP packs needed a default train, and yes while I couldn't see it anywhere on the AP site/manual just wanted to make sure before the sale ended but good to know I don't!
Makes it better for me as l am in a new credit card period which starts on the 21st. The summer sale is in the same period otherwise l would buy more if it started earlier or ended later so soon l will be buying again.
AP's Enhancement Packs (EPs) require existing rolling stock. EPs are listed separately. The ones listed under 'Rolling Stock' are stand-alone products but any scenarios will require additional assets to work. AP's site notes the various requirements but these are not mentioned in the manuals surprisingly. For example, the 43 EP requires what AP call the 'European Community Asset Pack' (I'm guessing this is the 'European Loco and Asset Pack' which you may well have but is available to buy on Steam). I have all three 43 EPs but only one seems to be listed on AP's site these days. If you are, say, buying AP's Class 37 packs, they are stand-alone. If you are unsure, check with AP before spending money.
