PlayStation Privacy Policy Field Required [resolved]

    Hi, Trying to register here so I can raise a ticket regarding the problems I'm getting but every time I enter all the sections I get "Privacy Policy Field Required" Any clues in what this means?

    Sorry, I should have been more clear: If you scroll down you will see a box with multiple options, if you choose the product you are looking to get help with and click Next then it will take you to the form where you can sign up properly :)

    Hi, Sorry but this were the problem starts, I was able to raise a ticket of which I got confirmation from Dovetail which they sent us a link so I can check the status of the update of this ticket. I tried to register but thats when I get this message.

    Hi, Have you ever had one of those days that nothing goes in your direction? Answer Steve is no I'm getting
    The email address entered is already registered. Use the lost password option to retrieve your password, or specify a different email address. But when I do that is comes back saying the email address entered is not valid.

    Hi Cottonmouth,

    Sorry to hear you're still having trouble logging in.

    I've reset your password and you should have an email with your new one in it. To log in, simply go to https://dovetailgames.kayako.com/ and enter your email address and new password in the appropriate fields in the upper left. Note that the entry is CaSe SeNsItIvE so you need to input your email address in all lowercase and the password preserving any capital letters where necessary.
