The Millenium Falcon is currently on hold until I can find a more permanent place to build it. Keeping moving it about everytime I want to build it has caused damaged to bits. I aim to make about a meter square bespoke Coffee table with the falcon as center piece. But this will be more of a scene as its either based in the Death Star Hanger or docking port in Mos Eisley on Tatooine. I also have anumber of Star Wars minifigures. Greef Carga, Luke Skywalker and Finn from Force $Awakens and the BAd Batch fgures as well, and the other six sets.
I feel your pain on the Falcon. I've had the UCS Venator unbuilt sealed in the box in storage since it came out, and I don't even want to look at the damn thing until we find a house and *know* where it's going to live lol. I've even looked into one of those expensive display cases for it, just because I know that once it's built it is not moving except for an act of god. https://www.wickedbrick.com/en-us/p...29103&pr_ref_pid=7296946143279&pr_seq=uniform
That just makes it more accurate to the real Falcon. I'd vote for the Death Star hangar. Then you can lay out a full scene, with Kenobi and Vader fighting off to the side while stormtroopers watch and our heroes hightail it to the ship.
Yep, much easier and cheaper to plan out other people's Lego projects for them. Looking forward to the pictures when you're done.
