Hello! When I'm using camera 8 or when I'm stationary, if an AI train comes from a long distance and crosses paths with me, the AI consist doesn't fully appear unless I move the camera around its area. Do you happen to know what the issue might be? Thank you!
Hello, Do you just see the couplings going by? That is a known ongoing occasional issue that has never been fixed - it is hard to tell for certain but I think it is possible that it is caused by the specific distance away the AI train starts. You can make the train re-appear by changing views from/to inside the cab and elsewhere. John
It can also happen if a repaint has been installed incorrectly, or gone corrupt. Instead of the game crashing, it will render an invisible train.
The train is visible, but when I move several kilometers away from it, as it approaches me it becomes invisible, and I have to move the camera for it to be fully displayed.
Ive noticed this on locoswap but MJW doesn't have this on their site anymore so I get consist issues when trying to play those scenarios. Anyone know of a good replacement?
As far as I know the MJW InvisiTrain is included in the Useful Scenario Tools download on the ‘Other’ section of the Major Wales Design website. It’s been a while since I downloaded the pack so it could have been removed but it is still listed as being part of that download.
