PS5 I recently saw a picture of tankers... was that probably added as a spawn to the map or are there tanker trains running there somewhere? I only have containers and I don't even see that Cargo packs activate anything else?
had the 47 LE going at 127mph once on WCMLos the tankers would of been added as there are no tanker services though piccadilly. also there was a silly amount of them on said train
The HuD most of the time shows Vmax for the line, not the train's Vmax. It is up to the driver to observe what his train's Vmax should be.
Yes I know this, but I've noticed AI 323s breaking the train's Vmax (90) and going the line's Vmax (110). I noticed this by going to the 2D map and hovering over an AI 323 and their target speed is 110mph and their moving speed is also 110mph. You can even notice it clearly when they past you, way too fast for a 323.

Yes, I believe AT did it where you have to do it on your own despite having a setting Automatically set Manual junctions. You still have to do it on your own. Took me a few wonders but figured it out. Make sure you have all points that are on your path otherwise a risk of derailment. If any problems I am happy to do a video about it
I've been finding that if I turn off the freight services layer, it's helped quite a bit. Bit of a shame to do so, but of all of them, freight is one I can do without. Other than that, been enjoying the various services, different trains, different setups, different TOCs, and the two timetables on offer.
PS5 Service 5H40 Longslight Depot - Crewe Makes the game crash, and also crashes when you try to spawn at Longslight Depot. It’s a timetable service and part of the journey’s chapters.
Enjoying this route , scenery very good, and it’s all quite immersive. Would perhaps like the signalling to be more realistic , with approach control etc .
Yep, agreed, maybe would be good to hear occasionally from ATS what their plans are for any updates? Still my top route so far.
This route is excellent btw. Just a couple of things I wanted to raise, however. I have experienced multiple game crashes using PS5 (probably 30-40% of journeys). Is this something you are aware of and actively looking to resolve?. Also, where is the bridge reverb?! lol Thanks
few from me tonight bench on piccadilly P5 AWS grid on the down style line for the 40mph speed restriction to the airport no ding from the grid missing speed signs on the piccadilly approach the scissor points should all have a 15mph sigh and the down east and down slow should have 25mph signs. have a look at don coffey's cab ride vid on you tube there are a few more missing but i cannot make them out as yet Missing OHLE on the slow line just after heaton chapel also its worth noting that from a locals point of view, the EMA 158s and the TfW stuff that that i have seen has never run as a six car set. EMA has always been 2 158s, but in more recent times it has been 2 3 car 170s. TfW stuff ether 2 150s or 2 153s and a 150 sometimes with a 153 ether end of a 150
There was a mega lash-up a couple of years back with something like 5 x 153s on a Manchester to Carmarthen service You are right though, the TfW services in game are a bit overkill.
