Xbox Any Crashes On Xsx?

Series X - Opened game, loading bar got to about halfway through and then music stopped, opened the Xbox menu then crashed to dashboard ​

 

I remember that experience from TSW3! It was one of the many reasons I switched to PC.

 

I've just had one on BCC driving a 170 into New Street (just after the 10mph speed limit kicks in). I have downloaded quite a few custom liveries, so maybe that was the trigger. It's been fine prior to that.
