Hello everybody, Today i am going to be creating a list of core features that could be added to TSW6.

Feature 1: Dynamic Ambience/More Atmospheric Sounds.

Dynamic Ambience changes how the current ambience feels in game, and replaces it with new ambience, so it isn't the same one each time, its a small thing, but definitely nice

    EXAMPLES I MADE:

    Mauldeth Road during the day.

    Gatley During a Rainy Thunderstorm:

    Wilmslow During a Windy Storm

This addition would make the TSW atmosphere feel less boring and repetitive.

Feature 2: More Accurate Passenger Spawning/Models.

The models for AI Passengers should be updated to include a wider variety of people, with a wider range of clothing and accessories, more suitcase models, have more sizes and different colours for them.

currently in game, AI Passengers spawn at all times, at every station. For a more realistic feeling, AI Passenger numbers should either be increased or decreased depending on the scenario, location, or time.

For example, a station set in the middle of nowhere should have realistically very minimal/no ai passengers spawning.

During peak, rush hour times, passenger numbers should be increased to add realism.

    Feature 3: FOV

FOV in Train Sim World has been possible with the use of mods such as godmode, however, I think this should be an actual feature to the game, especially for console players, some people may prefer to have a wider angle to see more of the cab.

    Feature 4: Adjustable Camera Speed

Have you ever been in TSW, and you go into the free camera, and try and catch up to the front of the train, but it takes absolutely ages? well, with this feature, you can adjust the camera speed in Settings to be whatever you wish. from slow, to really fast.

These features are few of many which would add quality of life improvements to the game, and make the core more helpful for players.

thank you all for viewing, any other TSW6 core features you want, post the m down.

Everything I can think of right now I would like to see:
    • Substituting custom formations into timetable services
    • Improved free roam (setting multiple stops, having it set the PIS, ability to use cargo loaders/unloaders on routes that have them)
    • Engine/machine rooms being made standard for new locos that have them (wouldn't expect them to be as detailed and interactive as the expert 101 for example, but I think you should at least be able to walk through them)
    • Depot and station interiors being made standard for new routes
    • Fixed steam physics (or at least re-enable water and coal consumption)
    • Improved formation designer, such as ability to set cargo/fuel
    • Route merging (I don't mind if the timetables don't merge, having it drivable in free roam would be enough for me)
    • Bring back the Preservation Crew, to occasionally update older DLC's with new features
    • Random faults/malfunctions/breakdowns in non-expert trains (such as dragging brakes, stuck doors, fuel leaks on diesel trains, etc)
    • More things to do in guard mode
    • AI trains you ride on should have physics such as suspension, working gauges, emergency passenger brakes, etc
    • Cold starts in timetable mode
    • Option to couple air hoses, jumper cables, etc manually
    • More realistic door system (for example differentiate between closed and locked)
    • Improved passengers (for example having them open and close doors, no teleporting into and out of seats)
    • Improved dispatcher, for example routing trains around delayed trains instead of just causing a traffic jam
    • Some kind of basic train editor, where you could attach headboards, decorations, coupler adapters, etc
    • Less invisible walls and end game screens, don't block the player from exploring parts of the route that are already modelled (such as most sidings on Oakville, concourse of Euston, etc)
    • Improved water, such as waves, tides, etc (especially if the TSW 6 UK route includes Dawlish or a coastal route)
    • Better lighting
    • Better textures
    • Ability to adjust cab camera position

If I had to narrow it down to my top choices that actually have a small chance of being implemented one day, I would probably go with:
    1. Substituting custom formations
    2. Improved free roam
    3. Improved formation designer

Here are some things I'd like to see:
    - AI guard that opens and closes doors for you and buzzes twice before departing (where applicable)
    - Livery designer liveries being less pixelated
    - Announcements
    - GSM-R where you can put in the train reporting number manually
    - NO MORE BLURRY TEXTURES
    - Decent scenario editor
    - Formation designer that works
    - UK freight that isn't an afterthought

So much this. I find it really bizarre doing a night time freight run and there's still passengers on the platforms at 3AM. The last train was 4 hours ago and the next one is in another 3 hours. Why are they here? Go home.

Agree with much of the previous but it's a bit late to be making this sort of suggestion. The core features of TSW6 were probably locked down months ago.
