I installed virgin trains livery in train simulator classic for Class 180 made by turboted, for some reason i have broken textures in the cab, does anyone know how to fix this?
I downloaded this reskin, and when I try to do a quickdrive scenario with it, it comes up with an error, something like unable to run this quickdrive scenario. Just another point, I have downloaded and installed 100s of reskins in my approx 15 years of playing TSC, and this is one of the most complicated ones that I have ever come across to install.
The first reskin I downloaded for the Class 180 from turboted was the Greater Anglia reskin. I eventually got it to work. I have since downloaded and installed the Virgin Trains, and it works perfectly with no missing cab textures. His procedure for installing a reskin is a bit more complicated than normal, but once figured out, it is easy. I don't know why your cab tectures are missing. Try installing or downloading again. I use 7-Zip to open the download. Say, for VT, I extracted the download into a new folder that I named VT, opened it and followed the installation instructions.
unzipping wasn't the solution i copyed the "class180" folder and renamed it to "class180 virgin trains" and that work but i forgot that the cabview folder is missing so i copied the cabview folder and it works, i've discovered that because i spawned in a class 221 with tpe livery from turboted and there was lots of missing textures so i see on folders there are missing files so i add the missing files and there is no missing texture so the solution can be different
