Der „Wittenberger Kopf“ ist ein Steuerwagen für den Nahverkehr der Deutschen Bahn, der in den 1990er Jahren im Ausbesserungswerk Wittenberge entwickelt wurde. Er basiert auf einem modularen Führerstand und ermöglicht sowohl konventionelle Wendezugsteuerung als auch zeitmultiplexe Wendezugsteuerung mit Elektro- und Diesellokomotiven. 1. Write in English please 2. We already have the Karlsruher Steuerwagen and I don't see the necessity in another cab car for the N-Wagen. Sure, they deliver a bit more doversity, but it is still a N-Wagen. There are a lot more different German coaches and cab cars, that are worth becoming a Loco DLC.
Hard disagree on that. They are absolutely not the same. They look different both from outside and inside. And the way you drive them if totally different. And the WiKo is more prominent than the Kako.
No it's not, at least not necessarily. The WiKo cab was used on ex-DR y-Wagen as well as n-Wagen. Either way, this cab car would not just be a 1:1 replacement for the KaKo - the KaKo has KWS only, while the WiKo has ZWS (both versions) and KWS (n-Wagen only), so it would finally allow use of modern DB Regio locos with coaches that aren't Dostos.
