I've always found that any service or scenario I've run in the last year, the weather has always remained constant. However, unless I'm imagining this, it would appear that variable weather is present, on the Journey mode at least. I've just completed the second to last DMU service on NTP from Leeds to Manchester. At the start it is snowing and there is snow on the ground. Around Stalybridge I noticed it was now raining outside. By the time I was in Manchester it was rain and no snow on the ground either. Is this a new thing introduced with Journeys? It's a little thing but it made a big difference for me. Now we need random and changing weather for all routes and services.
I remember in MS Flight Sim years ago, you could choose to use real world weather for your current location - would be great if they implemented this as a feature!
