With the recent launch of this restored set for testing, I would like to suggest that the team get in touch with the owner/operator with a view to creating a dlc. Until the early 1970s, these sets ran luxury services along the BML. I believe that they would make a superb addition to TSW. The restored set retains many original features but has up to date safety systems and lighting amongst other things. Details can be found by reading https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/brighton-belle-on-test-28-01-25.280820/ Can't wait to see what others think of this suggestion.
Day One for me. Traction sounds could probably be used for further classic DC EMU’s too like the CIG’s, VEP’s, EPB’s etc.
The rebuilt Class 403 5BEL was recently to be seen at Derby during the greatest gathering event. According to the latest news, it is awaiting funds for mainline certification. It is amazing to see a EMU built in the 1930s featuring all of the latest fittings and equipment. Hopefully we will soon see her in service, and better still maybe in the game.
