It works without problem on PC With consoles, it wouldn't be enough for storage alone, except Dtg does it like Fallout and other games, adding them to the game
Modding works perfectly fine on PC. And even if you'd implement modding via something like the Creation Club, there would be significant problems on consoles as they are already struggeling with normal TSW; you'll run out of RAM pretty much instantly. PS: Not even mentioning that many mods wouldn't be allowed on a DTG operated modding platform, as e.g. livery packs often lack the official license from the train company and I doubt DTG would allow such content.
