On the Class 47, particularly all JT ones (BPO and Shap versions), there's two things I noticed:

    1. Driver's Brake cannot be put into Neutral/Shutdown.
    2. On some versions of the 47, the throttle jumps straight to 26% from the On position.
For the first one, my question is why? The 31, 40, 45, 86, 87 and any other train with the same setup you can do this, but not the 47. Intentional? If so, why?

As for the second one, is this a bug? It doesn't happen on all versions, only some.

Leave the driver's brakes in emergency position for a few seconds. Once all the air has been released, you can set them to neutral/shutdown mode. On almost all British locos in TSW, you cannot set the brake lever to neutral/shutdown position immediately.
I assume this is prototypical procedure, but I am not 100% sure.

The 26% throttle setting was explained in a stream, saying that the Class 47 wouldn't start with a lower percentage anyway
(or something like that), which is why JT implemented it that way. So that's also intentional on JT's part.

For the throttle then fair enough, but that doesn't explain why it doesn't do it on all of them (unless that is also prototypical). But if it wouldn't start at a lower percentage, then why can I still move when throttle is set to the On position?

As for the brakes, there's a brake pin on the 47 as well as the other locos I mentioned, which when releases allows the brakes to be put straight into shutdown. Except you cannot do this on the 47.

Not much of an issue, its still drivable. Just looks weird to my brain.

I find it weird that the Athena Diesel Legends Class 47 shows up as a separate option in the train selection menu. All the other 47s show in the same list, be it the JT versions, the NTP one or the WSR one

I find it odd that their nickname is spoon (amongst others).
