Folks.. how advantageous would it be, to periodically delete the saved Shader Cache data held at: C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\[Game]\Saved\Shaders

Some resources indicate that it "might" help to clear any corrupt or imperfect caching data?

It depends if you update your graphics driver when prompted. As this deletes that shader cache and they are recompiled anyway.

In my case the driver normally updates long before tsw cache is compiled for all routes anyway.

If you have an AMD card use the option in the Adrenalin software.

Honestly, deleting the shader cache can actually help if things start acting weird. One time my FPS kept dropping with BSL Shaders and I cleared that folder, and suddenly everything smoothed out. It seems like it just gets rid of some junk that builds up over time. Haven’t needed to do it constantly, just whenever the game feels off. Definitely worth trying before tweaking anything else.
