Hello Dovetail team, I’d like to report a recurring and significant issue with Catan Xbox Console Edition. Roughly 30% of the time, the game stalls when the AI gets stuck in a trade. This can last for several minutes, often causing players to leave the session. This is particularly frustrating since a typical game takes 45–1 hours, and having it glitch halfway through wastes everyone’s time. I’ve recorded an example that occurred on August 22: Youtube Video: Dovetail Catan Console Stalling 8 22 - YouTube At the start of the video, you can see the AI locked in a trade, stalling the game. At 1:18, the human player DrPilgor7843 leaves out of frustration. Immediately after the player exits, the AI suddenly completes its trade. This issue happens frequently and consistently — I’ve just now started recording examples as I invited a friend over to show them this (Another catan lover), just to glitch throughout the entire night. Please look into fixing this. The game is beautiful and enjoyable when it runs properly, but this bug makes it very difficult to play reliably. Thank you!
