It's the 14th here in NZ so I've downloaded it. BROKEN. There are no services, the loco doesn't show in the TVL list and the journey shows a total of 19 options but only the tutorial and scenarios are there. Also no engine sounds from the 31.Starting to get tired of these constant bugs.
I'm pretty sure it's still way too early for release even in NZ, so PS must have messed up. But keep in mind that every loco comes with a patch that adds support for the loco to be used, you probably got the 31 before the patch was released because Sony messed up the release. That's why half the content is missing.
