Will DLSS finally be coming to TSW?

 

As the winter survey seemed to be successful, will we have more of these in future? Maybe a segment regarding older content to see what the community want upgraded to TSW6 standards?

Will the menu get an overhaul in TSW6? I find it irritating that I have several Class 66s that are all listed as different despite all being DB Red for example? This would just be a general quality of life improvement to streamline the menu experience

Oh, sorry, this thread is only for questions to DTG. Then here's my question: why were you inspired by EA's policy of releasing the same game every year?

 

Will the 802s have the correct nameplates for their numbers?

Will 220 005 be in its “Trainbow” livery like 395 012? If so, would it be a possibility to go back and implement special liveries on the Class 390s and 801s for example?

 

1. Will Epic players be given free steam keys to their DLCs to migrate to Steam? If not, why? We won't buy our content again, might as well let us play it as opposed to not playing it.
2. There is no known limit on Epic DLCs, so why is happening? Transparency is crucial.

Why nothing specific for the Rail 200 celebrations? This would have been the ideal opportunity to rework and extend TVL and provide a basic Locomotion and stock for a bit of fun.

 

Here we are again, same forums, new game. I'm going to jump on Verns bus as well! Because the only thing cheaper than actually fixing steam would seem to be paying me to stop banging on about it!

1. With all of the railway 200 are we any closer to get some kind of steam content? Are there third parties or people that DTG can work with to fix this issue? Train Sim World won't ever be as good as it could without steam functioning better than it does, especially with it still being layered content.
2. Following on from my first question. There are some blindingly good looking editor projects going on like the Welsh Narrow Gauge Talyllynn project and the GWR Pannier. Are DTG aware of those and able to offer support to the creators? Both of those projects look amazing and definitely deserve to be at least looked at with third party interest if no one else is moving forward with steam.
3. Again the 104 and Peak Forest has again just disappeared. From those pre textured renders over a year ago now there's been no update? Is it gone? People weren't too happy about it being labelled vapourware but at this point can we blame them?

 

Why does the Br 294 not include any kind of new freight wagon? The amount of german freight wagons still missing in TSW 6 is incredibly high. Matt P. once mentioned the freight wagon would be the first thing to be canceled if the time/budget is too short, but as a dedicated freight loco its just out of place to not deliver any new wagon. At least some kind of new unbranded livery for an existing one would have been something.

 

Will we get Arrow layers for the NY - Trenton DLC?

 

Does the Dresden-Leipzig Route include a separate timetable for the Expert 101? Or will it come down the line?
And also when the Expert 145 will come to TSW 6 will it be included in have a separate timetable for it or will it have a layer in the expert 101 timetable?

 

Will there be any improvements to passenger behaviour and spawning? Particularly to avoid issues we saw on WCMLS (completely empty stations like Euston and passengers wandering onto the tracks at Harrow).

 

Are there longer term plans to go back to countries that aren't either the core 3 or new? There's still loads of potential in Austria and the Netherlands for example.

 

The TVM-430 would implement this quite interestingly.


Although, to be fair, I don’t think speed restrictions happen regularly at all on high speed lines - since they’re better designed to combat these challenges.

 

Silly question I'm afraid, but where did the reply to ticket feature has gone in the new support portal? I see that you can view a list of tickets in here, but when looking inside the "Add to Conversation" button is non-effective.

BTW, someone in the dev team made faults in the page styling JavaScript so you couldn't even log out by opening the top right dropdown now.

Update: This can be fixed by simply adding }) at the end of the file, if the dev team is watching

 

Will the new features coming in TSW6, like the platform/train announcements and the train faults & random events, be tied only to the new routes, or will they be a core feature available across all existing routes as well?

 

Only random events are available for existing routes, the rest only in TSW6 routes.

I hope they cover the Epic Games compatible content issue. The Epic players are, I think, owed an explanation.

Will the DB red 182 from Rapid Transit also have services on Leipzig-Dresden? It does on both Dresden-Riesa and, well, Rapid Transit, so I do not really see why not for this route.

 

Will bridge/ tunnel reverb become a standard across all routes? Reverb is very hit and miss.

 

Has the Creator Club filter been fixed
Can I search / filter user made content?

 

Will DTG continue to remaster older routes to bring them up to the current TSW standard?

 

I have to admire your perseverance on this. Unfortunately, its tough…you bought from one store but now you want to be able to have everything free from another - laughable really. If you want equal parity EVERY user should have all dlc’s on all platforms.
Just accept it cant be done.

As far as I understand all your dlc will still be available for TSW5 anyway. Right?

 

Have any improvements been made with regard to the search facility within Creators Club in TSW6? Its an absolute nightmare in 5. Can never find anything! I have mentioned this numerous times on Roadmap streams.
