Hi everyone, I've been trying to purchase RWEnhancer 2 for quite a while now but their website is currently broken for signing up new accounts. There seems to be some kind of CAPTCHA error when either trying to sign up or sending a support email, clicking submit/next does nothing. This is the case on all browsers. Is there anywhere else I can buy RWEnhancer 2? Has it been abandoned? I see activity on the website. thanks, -Phil

Is there anywhere else to contact them besides sending a support email via their website? I purchased RW Central 2 a few days ago and my account is still not approved and hence Im not even able to download what I bought. I've sent 2 email support emails and no response yet. Thanks.
So even though you could not Create an Account at RW Central that you needed for downloading RW Enhancer you decided to buy it anyway - Why?
Perhaps I should have been clear in my earlier posts, sure, the process for purchasing products on RWCentral requires an account. The account creation was part of the purchase process (I did not separately create an account) and since the initial problem was a CAPTCHA issue with account creation and now that it's been resolved, I assume I could continue with the purchase process. The account creation was successful during the purchase process, bought the product, when I received the receipt email, it stated to goto 'My purchases', going there, I was met with the statement that my account needed manual approval.
I did not understand why you decided to buy something before you had your account confirmed on RW Central? Even though you have bought it you cannot access it so what did you gain?
Did you read my initial response? Where the account creation was part of the purchase process, I was only made known about the manual account approval AFTER the purchase, not sure how else to explain it. My follow up question after my first post was, if there was another way/method to contact them, that is all, it's just a customer service question, I wasn't expecting an answer framed in a way to deflect and seemingly putting the blame on me. Anyway, it certainly looks like Im SoL here but thank you for your responses.
My first reply was to read the thread I linked to where a number of people have had the same problem.
I made an account and ordered RW enhancer 2 (again). My account got approved and the order was processed and ready for download in like two minutes.
