My aging laptop with an i7 7700K and a GTX1060 in FHD resolution handles TSW well at high settings. On new minibuses at large stations, the FPS drops to 25-30 in places, but overall it's acceptable.

Yes, 4K is a completely different story. My new PC with an i7 12700K and a RTX4080S in the 4K resolution on ultra settings produces a stable 62 FPS (the limit is set) but turns into a thermal power plant. No game at maximum settings brings it to such a state as TSW does.

Interestingly, when running TSC in 4K at ultra settings, the PC with ReShade installed remains almost cold.
