How Can I Copy Stuff I Have On Tsc In My Existing Laptop To Another?

So recently I have got myself a new laptop and I hope to copy everything that I have on TSC in my existing laptop over to the new one. (cuz i have so many mods and patches downloaded). How can this be done?

You'll have to get Steam and TSC working on your new laptop, then copy your old Railworks folder to your new laptop.

Buy an External Hard Drive if you do not have one and you can copy what you need to that and back as required
It is good for keeping backups of all the games
