I don't know if other players on Series S are experiencing this but it's actually ridiculous at this point. The game constantly crashes multiple times per day whilst I'm playing. Mostly on routes like WCML South and Preston-carlisle but it has happened at least once on every route i own and often happens at literally any time. Crashes that end the game and send you to the Xbox main menu. For example last night I drove a two hour freight service with a 66 on ECML, only to have the game crash Yards away from finishing at Peterborough. It's an absolute joke. Dovetail get off your backsides, stop begging for money by releasing a copy of the same game yearly and fix your broken game
1) It's more of a class 66 problem as the fps drops significantly due to the smoke affects, west coast mainline is fine in the direction of Milton Keynes with the LO, LU, Class 350 and class 390. Done a lot of services for WCML South on the series s. In regards to ECML, the 66 does cause fps drops and I believe the trees also cause these drops. 2) Also to note, I do keep the fps counter on which is F3 on the Keyboard which helps me track fps and performance. I have completed a lot of 66 services as well without a problem 3) I have also found that going into the external camera causes big fps drops just because of the exhausts so suggest just to stay in the cab I hope these are helpful as these are methods I use to gain a better experience with the likes of WCML South and ECML, unfortunately I don't have WCMLOS so won't be able to help
I can relate on the WCML. Its been an issue since day one and they haven’t bothered to fix it. Yet they want to con us with a new game when this is a broken mess
Yes I can absolutely agree with this. I was about to make a post on this. I'm fed up with it crashing. I'm sure a series s can handle tsw5. Hopefully TSW6 when it releases...
