Steam Tsw Monthly Challenges September

I Use Coductor Mode on Kinzigtalbahn Frankfurt-Fulda and Groningen Zwolle, but it is not acceptet in the Monthly Challenges

 

Conductor Mode Drives will are not accepted in the September Challenge!
Only when you drive the train, drives are accepted in the September Challenge!

 

Submit a ticket with your DTL name and support will fix it for you.

 

lutz_grenzer ist the DTL-Name, how do I reach the support? I only find the FAQs of the support.

 

Click my link or “Support” in the top right corner of the forum.
This will open the Support Center, there you can click on “Submit a request”, again in the top right corner.
Select “Dovetail Live Support" via the drop-down menu, describe your problem, then submit it.
Mastery is usually fixed quite quickly.
