To anyone who knows or drivers, how often do emergency brakes happen to you. Maybe you didn't click AWS in time or acknowledge PZB or go over the 45kmh or something similar. How often does it happen or is it an incredibly rare thing to happen to you. *IN REAL LIFE, NOT IN GAMW*
AWS, basically never. Must be years since it last happened to me as it’s so easy to get right. For pzb, I’d say I’ve got a pretty good understanding of it but I still occasionally get tripped up by it, there’s much more to remember and is therefore easier to get caught out.

In real life in the UK my company has a handful of AWS activations caused by Driver error each year. Usually it’s due to high workload in the cab at a certain moment and the Driver is slightly slow to acknowledge the AWS. I reckon for each Driver it averages less than one per decade. We also have a few TPWS activations due to driver error each year. These are mostly due to the unfortunate characteristic of TPWS that it doesn’t account for the fact that modern train brakes are much more powerful, so you can have your train comfortably under control, easily able to comply with the upcoming signal or speed restriction, and you get a TPWS activation anyway.
