Similar situation. Started the scenario again and resetting the physics restored the ability to brake.
Route continues to be very unstable. Attempting to reload a save of the S8 run mentioned above, TSW just crashed to desktop with a UE error message (first time sent to Epic but suspect that’s as far as it goes). Have subsequently done runs on other routes which saved and loaded fine. I even tried loading the S8 from a clean boot of the PC and clean run of TSW but the same issue occurred.
Not sure how your system is set up, but I have had no stability issues with this route at all. Framerate and stutters, yes - my machine was coded in cuneiform - but no crash, ever. Are you running mods?
Purchased the route today, very pleased on the whole with it. 430 drives very nicely, sounds good and there’s no bugs with it The timetable, whilst cut back, honestly isn’t as bad as lots of people say, the long distance station feels a bit desolate but I don’t spend much time doing high speed so that doesn’t bother me too much Extremely well-modelled scenery and stations After an abysmal first run, the frame rate sorted itself out and in 6 services I’ve not had one crash- no texture issues either However, the lighting within the regional airport tunnel isn’t quite right, it’s too bright compared to the tunnels at Mainz and the Frankfurt hbf low level platforms tunnel Passenger issues are the same as every tsw5 route, a decent number on platforms but most of them remain static, meaning my train is rather empty At night, the cab is also a bit too bright compared to outside, feels a bit too artificial All in all, a very good route but there’s certainly a few things that could be improved. Can’t wait for the 420!
